Below, you can read the terms and conditions of sale that apply when ordering and paying in our webshop.

Purchase of Tickets and Annual Passes

Delivery of Tickets

Tickets are sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout, immediately after your payment is completed.
The ticket includes a barcode that serves as your admission and can only be used once.

Delivery of Annual Passes

Annual passes are sent to the email address provided during registration, immediately after the purchase is completed.
The pass is delivered digitally and is not sent as a physical card when purchased online.
If you prefer a physical card, this can be purchased for DKK 30 during your first visit.

Lost Tickets or Passes

If your ticket or annual pass is lost, you can reprint it using the link from your confirmation email.
Alternatively, contact us at salg@regnskoven.dk to have the link re-sent.

Refund Policy

Purchased tickets are only refundable in the event of a cancellation by Randers Regnskov.
Annual passes are non-refundable.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Danish Consumer Agreement Act (Act no. 2013-12-17, §18, section 2, no. 12), there is no right of withdrawal for ticket purchases.

Disclaimer

We reserve the right to partially or fully close exhibitions without compensation or refund.

Purchase of Gift Cards

Gift cards can be used for the purchase of day tickets and annual passes, as well as in our shop, café, and other sales points.

Gift cards are sent to the recipient's email address as provided during the purchase.
Delivery and handling of gift cards follow the same procedure as outlined under "Purchase of Tickets and Annual Passes."

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Unused gift cards will expire after this period.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
